A pocket full of rye,

Counting out his money.
The queen was in the parlour,
Eating bread and honey.

The maid was in the garden,
Hanging out the clothes.
When down came a black-bird
And snapt off her nose.

二十と四羽の くろつぐみ
焼けて パイの中に居るんだろ

パイがひらかれ 鳥が唄い出す
王様に差し上げるのに
なんとしゃれたお料理だい


王様は 勘定所で財産かぞえてた
王妃は 居間で蜜パンくわえてた
女中は お庭でお服を干していた

そこへ つぐみがおりてきて
はなを ぱちんとおっていく
